Work History
Premier Choice Telecom (2005 - Current)
My work at Premier Choice Telecom involves the use of my wide variety of computing skills on a daily basis, including dealing with escalated Broadband faults, network/server issues and website development.
As part of the my server administration role I am responsible for making sure that the remote linux servers hosting customer websites and email solutions have a next to 100% uptime by keeping up with the server house keeping, thus insuring that: the servers are not overloaded (i.e. too many customers on one server); the servers software is up to date and rotating server passwords on a regular basis.
The most time consuming role at Premier Choice, was the development of the internal company intranet and client websites, which you can see some of on my portfolio.
